Built to fix what we kept seeing
Our founder spent ten years on both sides of outsourcing contracts — as the developer waiting for a clear brief, and as the engineer who had to clean up what the previous vendor left behind. The pattern repeated: senior people sold the work, junior people delivered it, and nobody wrote anything down.
RabStack is the opposite by design. The person who scopes your work is the person who writes the code: computer vision running inside medical device inspection, distributed automation collecting policy payments across ten insurer portals, and a payments platform built from zero. Senior engineers we have worked with before join per engagement — never a stranger with a timesheet.
We also build and run our own products — MapRab and GymRab — because operating software is the part most agencies never have to do. That is the standard you get: fewer clients, longer relationships, and code that survives contact with real users.
